Shipping Policy

Shipping for customized items vary depending on the item purchased. Shipping times are posted under each item. Please allow 5 -7 business days for PROSESSING your order. This does NOT include weekends or holidays.  Shipping time can range from 5 - 7 days or 2 to 4 weeks depending on the item. 

Rush orders will incur a rush fee. 

Bulk orders may need additional time. 

Local pickup is available if it is coordinated in advance. Please make this selection at the time of purchase.

We are not responsible for your package once it has been received by the delivery service (Fedex or USPS). All delivery claims and disputes must be handled between the buyer and the shipping company. We do NOT guarantee shipping once it is no longer in our possession.
