Custom and perishable items such as flowers are NON_REFUNDABLE.

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt for any damages or defects. Please contact us within 30 days of receipt if you have any issues regarding the product (damage, incorrect spelling, or size) or if you have received the wrong order and it was our mistake. Once we receive your request, we will conduct a product review. We reserve the right to ask for photos and or request for the product back upon request. If your request is approved, we may resolve by issuing you a replacement item on a case by case basis. 

Please make sure you order the correct size. If you have any questions regarding sizing please contact us BEFORE you place your order. Customized items such as clothing will NOT be refunded due to incorrect fit.
